I am an economist who loves utilising data & algorithms for conducting econometric regression analyses and reaches her bliss point by trying to plug the existing research gaps. With an inclination towards research, I have multiple papers published in ABDC A*, Scopus Q1 and UGC-CARE journals. Economics tells us that the stakes of losing some ‘DICE’ games (William Nordhaus) are enormous and ‘Cheap Talk’ (Crawford-Sobel) isn’t that bad. My satiety when I explore economics is unmatched.
As an experienced HR consultant, I’m also passionate about helping organisations in optimising their workforce and cultivating thriving work environments.
With an academic background in humanities, mathematics and economics, I possess adept communication and writing skills.
