Manish Paul

About

Manish Paul is an Associate Professor and Head of Food Production at Kukreja Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Dehradun,(Uttarakhand Technical University) with over two decades of academic, training, and leadership experience in hospitality education. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management at Shri Guru Ram Rai University. His research spans generative AI in education, sustainable development goals, and statutory frameworks for hotel management education, with publications in quality journals. A recipient of multiple academic and professional awards, he has contributed to curriculum reforms, served on Boards of Studies, and delivered guest lectures at National and international levels.
