About

An experienced contract management and project management professional with over sixteen years of Industry experience in developing renewable power projects in India. I have earned M.Tech degree in Construction Technology and Management from IIT Madras, B.Tech (EE) from Gurukul Kangri Vishawavidyalaya, Haridwar, and completed Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, with specialization in Construction Project and Risk Management.

Research interests include renewable power construction, risk perceptions, enterprise risk approaches, enterprise risk management, risk assessment, risk strategies, contract management, construction management, project management, process development, and sustainable development.

Experience encompass business development, project planning, construction, research and development, technology synthesis and sustainability, in both private and public sector setups. As a part of Larsen and Toubro (Construction), an engineering conglomerate, the exposure from concept to commissioning of solar power projects development in all terrain and technologies. Extending the learning to Solar Energy corporation of India Limited (SECI), an only dedicated public sector enterprise, setting techno-commercial conditions for large-scale solar power projects development, performing contract management, negotiations, and contract administration as project management consultant for large public sector entities supporting their solarization. I was privileged to represent MNRE delegation to Republic of Fiji as renewable expert for meeting their electricity needs through renewables.
