About

Dr. Ayushi Singh is a veterinarian and researcher with a Ph.D. in Animal Genetics and Breeding from ICAR–Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), India. Her research focuses on functional genomics, transcriptomics, and bioinformatics, with particular interest in host–pathogen interactions, non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs, circRNAs, and miRNAs), ceRNA regulatory networks, RNA editing, and multi-omics approaches. She is interested in applying computational genomics to understand disease mechanisms, identify molecular biomarkers, and improve disease resistance and productivity in livestock. Her broader research goal is to integrate molecular biology and bioinformatics to advance animal health, precision breeding, and sustainable livestock production.
