S Mohan

About

Since 2010, S. Mohan has been an Assistant Professor at Mahendra Engineering College (Autonomous) in Tiruchengode, Namakkal. He holds an undergraduate degree from Periyar University, Salem, and a postgraduate degree from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem. In 2025, he completed his Ph.D. in GIS at Anna University, Chennai. Dr. Mohan is a prolific researcher, having published 14 papers in various national and international journals and presented 32 papers at national and international conferences. His dedication to academia was recognized with the "Best Academic Researcher-2020" National Level Award from the Dr. Kalam Educational Trust for Tribal. Furthermore, he possesses a granted design patent for his invention, "Biomass grinder cum Stirrer for bio-methanation of food waste."
