About

I’m Sambit Majumdar completed my M.Tech in Biotechnology from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.
During the above course period, my one-year thesis was on "Designing of an ion transporter based on polypeptide markers for the detection of salt tolerance in plants". In addition to my academic experience, I have worked at BPRI, Noida (Bioinformatics Project and Research Institute) as a research intern for one month under Dr. Uma Kumari, Professor of BPRI.
I have also worked as a trainee at SHRM Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd., where I gained valuable industrial and microbiology experience.
