About

I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering from Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur, India in 2001. Shortly thereafter, I moved to the United States in August 2001 to pursue my Master’s degree in Microelectronics Manufacturing Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), from where I graduated in August 2003.

Over the years, I have gained diverse professional experience, working as a Process Engineer at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, USA and as a Software Engineer for renowned organizations, including Merck Pharmaceuticals, Bank of America, and HEB, in the United States. These roles allowed me to hone my expertise in engineering and software domains across various industries.

In 2022, I earned my first PhD in Electronics Engineering from RTM Nagpur University. Nagpur India. My research focused on "Power Quality Improvement in Distributed Generation Using DSTATCOM and Photovoltaic Power Controller," addressing critical challenges in renewable energy systems. Currently, I am pursuing my second PhD at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur, specializing in the intersection of Machine Learning and VLSI design.

I have an active research portfolio with over 30 published research papers and two patents. My academic and professional journey reflects my commitment to advancing technology through multidisciplinary approaches, with a particular focus on power quality, distributed generation, and emerging applications of machine learning in electronics and VLSI.
