About
Aryadevi G is a Research Associate in Materials Science at St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Palai, India. She received her Ph.D. in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, for research on polypyrrole-based nanocomposites for supercapacitor electrodes. Her research focuses on electrochemical energy storage materials, particularly conducting polymer, metal oxide, and carbon nanocomposites for supercapacitors, with expertise in electrode design and electrochemical characterization using cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge–discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Her broader interests include dielectric and thermal properties of polymer nanocomposites, electromagnetic interference shielding materials, corrosion-resistant polymer coatings, biodegradable conductive systems, and optoelectronic single-crystal materials. She has published in international peer-reviewed journals, presented at national and international conferences, and is actively involved in mentoring student research.
