About

MSc–M.Tech dual degree student in Physics and Materials Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur with research interests in nanoscience, 2D materials, semiconductor fabrication, quantum materials, and device engineering. My work focuses on the synthesis and characterization of 2D materials, particularly transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) such as VS₂ and WS₂, using APCVD, sputtering, and hydrothermal techniques. I am actively involved in semiconductor device fabrication, including MOSFET and photodetector development, using photolithography and thin-film deposition methods.
