I am a doctorate in Plant Molecular Biotechnology with a specialization in Plant tissue culture and Transformation technology in Medicinal Plants, Metabolic Engineering. I have worked on the functional characterization of GUS gene expression in medicinal plants. During this study, I have been trained in plant transformation using tissue culture and floral dip. I have hands-on experience in micropropagation of medicinal plants, optimization of AGB mediated transformation in plants, microarray-based transcriptome analysis, real-time PCR, Fluorescence microscopy, Secondary metabolites enhanced using Elicetors, etc.
I am looking for a position in the Post dock and R and D domain in the biotech company working for the improvement of plant traits, production yield. I am also open to work in animal R&D based biotech companies as well if I can utilize my molecular biology skills.
