I am S.Sree haryini currently working in a ICMR funded as Project Research Scientist B (Non-medical) in Vellore Institute of technology, Vellore, India. My doctoral study is about Antimicrobial resistance specifically multi-drug resistant gram-negative bacterial species. Proficiently skilled with bioinformatic techniques like NGS data analysis, Protein structure analysis, Genomic analysis- Pangenome, Comparative and Subtractive genomic analysis, Computer/ Artificial intelligence aided drug discovery.
