About

Advocate Saddam Hussain is a practicing lawyer and the Founder of REGVM LAW, Lahore, Pakistan. He regularly appears before the Lahore High Court, Federal Ombudsman, District Judiciary, Tax Tribunals, and various regulatory forums. His professional work encompasses constitutional law, civil litigation, criminal defense, family matters, corporate compliance, revenue law, taxation, labour and service jurisprudence, and advisory services to private companies and public sector institutions.

He has served as a Legal Consultant for the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) Punjab Food Authority (PFA) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) , where he provided legal vetting, advisory opinions, assistance on revenue and tax matters, interpretation of statutes, and representation before competent courts. He also advises multiple corporations on statutory compliance, regulatory strategy, contractual drafting, and dispute resolution.

His research interests include jurisprudence of writ remedies under the Constitution of Pakistan, procedural reforms under the CPC and CrPC, tax administration and appellate procedures, administrative justice, accountability mechanisms, and comparative constitutional law. He is currently authoring a book titled “Framing of Issues in Legal Cases: Law, Impact, and Challenges under the CPC Pakistan” focusing on judicial duties, advocacy techniques, and best practices for issue-framing in civil litigation.
