Dr. Sovanna Huot holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India. He is presently serving as the Vice Principal of a government high school in Cambodia. His professional endeavors predominantly focus on school leadership and the development of teachers and students. Dr. Huot earned his Master’s of Education in Upper Secondary School Leadership from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Phnom Penh, in 2021, and holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from the Cambodian University of Specialties, attained in 2019. His scholarly interests encompass the governance and digitalization of education, policy implementation, leadership within educational institutions, and comparative public policy in emerging economies. Furthermore, Dr. Huot has extensive teaching experience and has authored publications in Political Science and Education that have been notably cited in Scopus (Author ID: 59316244400); his areas of expertise include governance, policy, and educational leadership.
