About
I am an enthusiastic admirer of flowers and a dedicated research scholar with a strong academic background. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Horticulture and continued my education to obtain a Master's degree in Floriculture and Landscaping at Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. Currently I am working as an Assistant Professor in GIET University, Gunupur, Odisha, India.
Throughout my academic journey, I have demonstrated my commitment to research and knowledge dissemination. I have authored six research articles and contributed two book chapters in my field. My active engagement in the academic community is evident through my membership in esteemed organizations such as the Indian Academy of Horticultural Sciences (IAHS) and the Agricultural Technology Development Society (ATDS).
I am honored to have received the National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes from the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India, during my doctoral program. My dedication and contributions have also been recognized with the Young Horticulturist Award from ATDS and the Best M.Sc. Thesis Award from SSDAT.
In addition to my research and academic pursuits, I contribute as a reviewer for reputable publishing houses like Puspa Publishing House and Science Publishing Group.
