About
Thejan Anil is an independent researcher based in Kochi, India, specialising in sustainable strategy, ESG communication, and organisational authenticity. His work explores how perception–reality gaps shape corporate legitimacy and stakeholder trust, culminating in the development of the Authenticity Feedback Model (AFM) — a cyclic framework linking linguistic tone, stakeholder feedback, and performance verification in ESG reporting.
He later introduced the ESG Resonance Model (ESGRM), which conceptualises how organisational burnout, external ESG fatigue, and employee sense-making coevolve within corporate sustainability systems through quarterly feedback and assurance loops.
His current research advances the Public Resonance Entity Model (PREM) — a hybrid governance framework proposing partial public ownership in ESG subsidiaries to institutionalise transparency, balance stakeholder democracy, and transform corporate goodwill into reputational capital.
With an academic background in finance and communication, his interdisciplinary research integrates strategy, ethics, and sustainability communication to address emerging challenges of authenticity and accountability in multinational firms.
