About

Medical student in the 7th semester of MBBS at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi — a space where science, humanity, and humility collide daily.

My training has been shaped as much by textbooks as by corridors of wards where medicine transcends data and becomes dialogue. I’ve come to see medicine not merely as a science of precision but as an act of translation — where biology meets biography, and healing begins in understanding before intervention.

My academic foundation rests on a strong command of core medical sciences and early engagement with clinical and translational research, particularly in radiation and medical oncology, neuro-oncology, and ethics. Parallel to this scientific pursuit, I have developed a reflective voice through narrative medicine — exploring how language, empathy, and ethics can coexist with evidence. My essays have appeared in journals such as The Lancet Oncology, JCO Global Oncology, Academic Medicine, Indian Journal of Medical Ethics, Neurochirurgie, World Neurosurgery, and others — each piece shaped by patients who became teachers in unexpected ways.

This dual engagement — science and story — has given me a distinctive way of seeing: I approach each case not as data to decode but as a narrative to understand. It has also honed practical skills in academic writing, critical literature analysis, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Within AIIMS, I actively contribute to student leadership through flagship events like PULSE and SYNAPSE, which have taught me how collaboration scales ideas and resilience sustains them.

My goal is to evolve into a clinician who bridges precision with presence — someone who sees the molecular and the moral with equal clarity. I aim to build a career at the intersection of clinical excellence, innovation, and humanistic care — a space where evidence heals bodies, and stories heal systems.
