About

I am a biologist and molecular biotechnology researcher specializing in cancer biology, microbial pathogenesis, and host–microbiome interactions. My research focuses on molecular mechanisms driving cancer progression, particularly oral squamous cell carcinoma, as well as drug resistance in infectious diseases and translational microbiome therapeutics. I employ molecular biology, cell culture models, RNA-seq analysis, and microbiological techniques to investigate disease mechanisms and identify clinically actionable biomarkers.

Currently, I serve as a Junior Research Fellow at Assam Down Town University, India, where my work integrates microbiota research with cancer biology using in vitro cell line models. My long-term goal is to bridge fundamental biological discoveries with translational applications in precision medicine, diagnostics, and therapeutic development. I am also actively engaged in scientific writing, peer review, and mentoring students in laboratory research.
