I am a historian specialising in environmental history and colonial studies, with a focus on the ecological impact of colonialism in India, particularly in the Western Ghats. I hold an MA and BA in History from Mahatma Gandhi University and have research experience at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. My work engages with colonial plantations, ecology, conservation, environmental politics, and socio-religious history, and has been published and presented in international academic forums.
