About
I specialize in plant molecular biology, with a particular emphasis on small RNAs, microRNA-encoded peptides (miPEPs), and integrative multi-omics approaches spanning genomics, transcriptomics, and metagenomics. My research investigates the regulatory functions of non-coding RNAs and their encoded peptides, uncovering their roles in fruit biology, plant development, stress adaptation, and gene expression dynamics. By combining molecular experimentation with computational systems biology, I aim to decode complex regulatory networks and advance our understanding of plant resilience and productivity.
