About
I am Naveen P., a Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Physics and Nanotechnology at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu, India. My research interests include nanomedicine, biomaterials, electrospun nanofibers, metal and metal oxide nanoparticles, metal–organic frameworks, antimicrobial materials, and wound-healing applications. My research focuses on the synthesis, characterization, and biological evaluation of functional nanomaterials for biomedical and environmental applications. I have experience in green synthesis of nanoparticles using plant extracts, nanomaterial characterization, electrospinning, antibacterial studies, antioxidant assays, hemocompatibility evaluation, and in vitro biomaterial testing. My broader academic interests include diabetic wound healing, smart wound dressings, nanotechnology-based drug delivery, biosensing platforms, antimicrobial resistance, and sustainable nanomaterial synthesis.
