Dr. Aditi Mathur is an Assistant Professor in Finance, Banking, and Management at Amity Business School, Amity University Haryana, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance and has over six years of experience in higher education, teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programs.

Her research interests include working capital management, financial literacy, fintech, and digital banking. She has published in reputed Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals and has presented her work at several national and international conferences. She is also a patent holder in financial technology design, reflecting her focus on innovation and applied research.

Dr. Mathur is actively involved in curriculum development, interdisciplinary research, and academic initiatives, and is committed to advancing knowledge in finance through impactful research and student engagement.
