About

I am Kartik Roy. I am primarily interested in Algebraic geometry, particularly Toric geometry, GIT, and Derived categories of schemes.

I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Mathematics at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel. I completed PhD in September 2023 from IISER Pune, India. Before this, I pursued a Master of Science in Mathematics from 2014 to 2016 at IIT Madras, Chennai, India. I did a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from 2011 to 2014 from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India.
