Dr. Rajesh Kumar Deolia is an experienced mathematics teacher with over 24 years of teaching experience. He is currently associated with GL Bajaj Group of Institutions as an Associate Professor (Mathematics). Prior to this, He has worked in various institutions such as ITM University (Gwalior), SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (Unnao, Lucknow), Anand Engineering College (Agra) and MITS College (Gwalior).
Dr. Deolia holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Jiwaji University, Gwalior on the topic “Variational Finite Element Based Mathematical Study of Atmospheric Pollution Problems with Variable Diffusivity and Surface Deposition”. He also has an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from M.I.T.S. College, Gwalior and an MCA from M.P. Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal. His research work (research papers, books, book chapters, research articles, patents etc.) has been published/registered in reputed journals/ publications and he has delivered invited talks/presented papers at several conferences and seminars, both nationally and internationally. He has also attended several faculty development programs, training programs, conferences, workshops and webinars related to his field of study.
Dr. Deolia is an editorial board member of various reputed journals and also a life member of several academic societies/bodies such as ISTE, CSI, Rajasthan Ganita Parishad, GAMS, FIRMS, and Alumni Association of MITS, Gwalior. He has been involved in various academic activities such as heading departments, controlling examination as a controller, coordinating Moodle/LMS and MIS, and serving as the NAAC coordinator in the concerned colleges/university. He has taught various mathematical courses such as Ph.D. Course work, B. Tech, M. Tech, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M. Sc., B. Pharmacy, and Diploma.
Dr. Deolia is a recipient of the Best Teacher Award 2009-10 by Sharda Group of Institutions and by Shanti educational Research Foundation, India 2023. Dr. Deolia's objective as a teacher is to empower students to acquire, demonstrate, articulate, and value knowledge and skills that will support them as life-long learners.
