About
Currently, I'm working as a Research Scholar at Center of Studies in Resource Engineering (CSRE), Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. My doctoral research deals with the investigation of Land - Atmospheric Feedback studies whereby I'm trying to find out statistical correlation, coupling strength and causal relation among different land - atmospheric variables (e.g., soil moisture, its persistence or memory, evapotranspiration, vapor pressure deficit, precipitation) and its modification due to human induced change in land use - land cover.
Strictly speaking, my research and interests lie in the domains of Atmosphere and Hydrosphere of Earth System. Although these two are very vast by itself. I primarily prefer to look into the Ecohydrology, Monsoon Rainfall, Tropical Systems, Hydrometeorology, Soil Hydrology.
