About

I’m a technologist and policy economist with over 27 years of global experience spanning Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), AI-driven governance, macroeconomic policy, and sustainable development. I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration (Macroeconomics), with additional specialization in cyber law, cyber forensics, and ISO 27001-certified information security.

Currently, I serve as Advisor – Technology Management & Digital Transformation at NABCONS and as a Steering Committee Member – RSVC at the Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India. I lead initiatives that leverage technologies like AI, blockchain, and also exploring quantum technologies to enhance equity, fiscal efficiency, and climate resilience—particularly across agriculture, rural innovation, and sustainable development.

I am the originator of RM Theory, a macroeconomic framework linking agricultural exports to currency resilience—now gaining traction through publications on SSRN, MPRA, and RePEc. My past work with UNDP, the Government of Karnataka, and private sector leaders has delivered nationally recognized platforms such as Kaushalkar.com (1M+ users) and Akanksha CSR (mobilized USD M+ for SDG initiatives).

With project experience across India, the Middle East, West Africa, and the CIS region, I continue to drive technology-led public value creation—guided by the principle:
Engage | Enable | Empower
