Muhammad Irshad Ul Haq an experienced professional owns an MPhil Degree with a Specialization in Assessment in Education and Research. Mr Muhammad Irshad-Ul-Haq is the Manager of the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) at Green International University, Lahore. He supports the university research ecosystem by coordinating research administration, facilitating grant applications, and managing institutiBefore this, he attained a Master's Degree in English Language Teaching and Linguistics (MA ELTL), as well as English Literature from the University of Punjab, Lahore. His reseach interests are in the fields of Education, English Language Teaching and Linguistics, English Literature, and Medical Science. He has published research on English Language Teaching and Linguistics, Education in general, and Islamic Education, a blend of Research on COVID-19 and ICT Education. Also, he has accomplished different Research Projects during his career in the Quantitative and Qualitative domain(s). Most of his research work includes the improvement of education. He has completed a research Project in LODHRAN (Northern Punjab) of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program, for Quality Educational Assessment, conducted and funded by the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of the Punjab, Lahore under DSD (Directorate of Staff Development) Lahore in September 2014; also, he has completed Research Project on the “Use of Videos in English Language Teaching & Linguistics” in May 2016 at Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of the Punjab, Lahore (Pakistan). Recently, he has published two research-based articles including Single National Curriculum titled, "The Use of Islamic Lexis in English Textbooks 1-5 by Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board, Lahore" in June 2023, and another literary research paper on the topic, "Examining the Role of Context in Understanding Generalized and Particularized Implicature in the Play The Bear by Anton Chekhov" in December 2023.

During his career, he has had vast experience in Teaching, Research, and Administrative Affairs from different Institutes. He has served many Institutes with unbeatable dedication, profound loyalty, and upright punctuality. He has served as a Research Scholar / Teaching Fellow at the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of the Punjab, Lahore (Pakistan) from 2017 to 2018, where he polished his research skills and expertise by attending to different International Conferences and Workshops. He is a professional Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analyst and duly certified by authentic platforms including the University of the Punjab, Lahore in Research and the Virtual University of Pakistan in other domains like Information Technology.

He has worked as an Officer of Academics and Coordination and as Secretary to the Dean in the Institute of Liberal Arts (ILA) and the School of Engineering (SEN), in the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore since December 12, 2018 to February 01, 2023, where he has been an active part of several Research-based and administrative responsibilities during his stay at the UMT. He has served the Qayadat Public School (QPS), Fort Abbas, District Bahawalnagar as Principal/Administrator, from April 2010 to 15 April 2012. He has served Islamia College of Education (ICE), Tehsil Fort Abbas, as a Computer Short Course Teacher in Fort Abbas (2008-09) and administrator. Also, he has served as a Subject Specialist at Al-Mustafa Science Higher Secondary Institute of Science, Fort Abbas, District Bahawalnagar from 2003-2005.
He has also served in the Leads Law College (LLC) as a Lecturer in English in the Department of Academics since January 23, 2023 to March 03, 2024 and has taught LLB classes English.

He has been serving the Minhaj University, Lahore (MUL), as an Executive Secretary / Director to the Vice Chancellor since March 03, 2024 to April 13, 2025, where he gained a diverse experience of research and operational expertise by performing various roles and duties assigned by the worthy Vice Chancellor.


Right now, he is serving as an Assistant Manager Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC)/ PGSR in the Green International University (GIU), Lahore from 26 May 2025. He is managing the ORIC and Post Gragraduate Studies Research (PGSR), regarding miscellaneous affairs of the department.

During his life span, he has attended several National and International Educational as well as Research Seminars and Conferences, from which he has developed a deep sense of being an experienced professional with a strong belief in Research-based Teaching and Training that cannot only prepare the youth with the expert knowledge and skills of a successful career but also nourish them with several such opportunities awaiting for them on the basis of their passionate and unexhausted dedication towards their future prospects to prosperity and success.
