About
I’m Yasir Bashir, a Bioinformatics graduate from Government College University Faisalabad with a CGPA of 3.60/4. My
academic and research interests lie primarily in cancer genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and precision
medicine, with a strong focus on using computational approaches to understand cancer biology and support
targeted therapies. I have hands-on experience with molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, virtual
screening, and Linux command-line tools. I’m highly motivated to further strengthen my research skills and actively
seeking opportunities to contribute to meaningful research projects while pursuing advanced academic training in
bioinformatics, particularly in areas that advance cancer genomics and personalized medicine
