Dr. Prabhukrupa Chinmay Kumar, a native of Cuttack, Odisha, completed his B.Sc. in Physics from Utkal University, and earned his M.Sc. in Physics with a specialization in condensed matter from GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, in 2018. He has completed his Ph.D. at the Department of Engineering and Materials Physics, ICT-IOC Bhubaneswar, under the guidance of Dr. Ramakanta Naik. His research focuses on the synthesis and detailed characterization of 2D layered nanomaterials for optoelectronic and photodetection applications. He has authored 43 publication consisting research articles, review and book chapter with 448 citations, an h-index of 14, and an i10-index of 22.
