About
I am an early-career researcher with a strong focus on Computational Biology and Proteomics, specializing in the application of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network–based approaches to address complex biological questions. My research interests include protein structure-function prediction, biomarker discovery, and computational modeling of biological systems, with an emphasis on integrating multi-omics data for deeper mechanistic insights.
I am particularly interested in leveraging advanced computational techniques to improve the understanding of molecular interactions, enhance predictive models in disease biology, and contribute to the development of novel strategies in drug discovery, precision medicine, and systems biology. My long-term goal is to bridge the gap between experimental biology and computational intelligence, creating scalable solutions for challenges in modern life sciences.
