About

I am a facility manager of the Core Imaging Facility (CIF, DLS-SNS) at Shiv Nadar Institute for Eminence-deemed-to-be University, Dadri, NCR, India. I am responsible for maintaining the Core Imaging Facility (CIF), the Research Block, which is equipped with two confocal microscopes (Nikon A1R MP Ready and Nikon AXR NSPARC Confocal Microscope) and a fluorescence microscope (Nikon Microscope). I worked with RCB, Faridabad, and handled the ATPC Optical Microscope facility, which is equipped with a confocal microscope (LSM880, Carl Zeiss), a super-resolution microscope (Elyra PS1, Carl Zeiss), and a microconfocal high-content imaging system. ATPC offers services to the users from the DBT-NCR Biotech Science Cluster and other academic/private/industry users. My job is to look after the facility's functioning, operate the instruments, and analyze the imaging data through Fiji and Imaris; more importantly, organize the hands-on training programs.
