Ankur Dey

About

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta, followed by a Master’s degree in Physics from Jadavpur University. During my time at Jadavpur University, my research primarily focused on theoretical plasma physics.

I am currently pursuing my PhD in Theoretical Physics at IIIT Hyderabad, where my work lies at the intersection of high-energy physics phenomenology, black hole physics, and gravitational-wave theory. My broader research interests span quantum field theory, beyond-the-Standard-Model scenarios, and the interplay between fundamental interactions and astrophysical observables.
