About
Jay Singh received his B.Tech. degree in Electronics Engineering and the M.Tech. degree in Nanotechnology from Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, India, in 2020 and 2022, respectively. He is currently a PMRF Fellow pursuing a PhD at IIT Roorkee. His research focuses on oxide-based thin-film transistors (TFTs) and resistive random-access memory (RRAM) devices for high-performance and neuromorphic systems and reliable electronic applications.
