Saurabh Kumar is currently pursuing his PhD with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India, under the supervision of Prof. Sanasam Ranbir Singh and Prof. Sukumar Nandi. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, India, and an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Patna, India, under the supervision of Dr. Suddhasil De. His research focuses on Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Social Media Data Mining. Prior to his PhD, Saurabh served as an Assistant Project Engineer in the Dept. of CSE, IIT Guwahati, in a project funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, which aimed at developing a Social Media Analysis Tool.
