Ramesh Kumar received an M.Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India. He has submitted his Ph.D. thesis in Electronics and Communication Engineering to the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Patna, Bihar, India.

He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at B. P. Poddar Institute of Management & Technology, Kolkata, India. His research interests include neuromorphic systems and memristor-based logic circuits.

He is an active member of IEEE and regularly participates in academic and professional activities. With a keen interest in organization, coordination, and digital communication, he aims to contribute effectively to IEEE activities and support the growth, visibility, and engagement of the professional community.
