About

My scientific journey is driven by a fundamental question: how does the host immune response navigate the complexities of infection and tumor development? This curiosity led me from a B.Sc. in Medical Microbiology to an M.Sc. in Biotechnology at AIIMS, New Delhi, and ultimately to the University of Muenster as a Marie Curie Fellow. There, I integrated biophysical tools like Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) to explore cellular phenomena.

Building on this foundation, my doctoral research focused on the intersection of bacterial genomics, structural biology, and protein chemistry. Today, I translate these multi-disciplinary mechanistic insights into tangible biomedical solutions, currently focusing my expertise on antibody engineering and vaccine development against the critical pathogen Acinetobacter baumannii.
