About

I am Soham Biswas, currently a PhD Fellow with the prestigious Ramdas Pai Fellowship at the Systems Genomics Lab, Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ), India. My research interest is creating somatic mosaicism and the germline landscape of prostate cancer in genetically diverse ethnic groups in India. My expertise is in computational genomics, population genetics, biostatistical data analysis, visualization, and parallel computing.
