Currently working as Assistant Professor, Microbiology. With a strong foundation in probiotics, I am currently focused on researching postbiotics and foodomics. My work aims to encapsulate the milk-derived Bioactive peptides. Prior to pursuing a PhD, I was JFR under DST-PURSE project at University of Mysore, Mysore, India. I am passionate about research on gut microbiota and its relationship to type 2 diabetes and strives to contribute significantly to the field of gut microbiota dysbiosis.
