About
Jolly John OV is a Catholic priest who works primarily with young people and children. Since 2005, he has worked as a trainer for children and youth, and he has a strong interest in academics. He was the former Head of the Department of Social Work at St. Albert's College (autonomous). He knows a lot about making and delivering learning activities, and he has a lot of experience training teachers. His primary areas of research focus on young people, children, and the development of communities. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work in the Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (autonomous), affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University (Kottayam). His doctoral theme is the self-perceptions of Dalit Christians.
