About
Dr. Shantanu Bhunia is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Agro and Rural Technology, IIT Guwahati. Prior to this, he was a Research Associate at IIT Kharagpur. He graduated PhD in Organic Farming from Jadavpur University and holds an MSc degree in Botany. Dr. Bhunia is an expert in Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Development, and Innovative Technologies. Apart from his publications, he holds a patent granted by the Government of India. Additionally, he has served as Scientist at SAFE (ISO 14001:2015 CSO) on a UNDP project and has received recognitions from ICSSR (GoI), APN (Japan), and the British Council.
