Manisha Khurana received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electronics from the University of Delhi South Campus, New Delhi, India, in 2014 and 2016, respectively, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the Semiconductor Device Research Laboratory, Department of Electronic Science. Her research interests include Modeling and simulation of field effect transistors under optical illumination.
