About
Dr. D. K. Gojiya having M.Tech and Ph.D. with specialization in Processing and Food Engineering is currently working as Assistant Research Scientist in Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh. Presently, He is also involved as a principal investigator in three national level research projects under AICRP on Sesame (Post Harvest Technology & Value Addition) and also made 03 recommendations for assistance of farmers and entrepreneurs. He possesses about 06 years of experience in teaching and guided 9 UG students for their research project. In addition to his little experience in the field of teaching and research, he has filed 1 patent, published more than 20 research papers in national and international journals as well as books chapter, practical manuals and popular articles in magazines. Dr. Gojiya is lifetime member of the Indian Society of agricultural Engineers (ISAE), New Delhi, Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (AFST), Mysuru (India) and Gujarat Association for Agricultural Scientist, Ahmedabad.
