About

My academic and research journey reflects a profound dedication to the field of physics and material science. Graduating with a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the University of Rajasthan in 2016. Pursuing higher education, I completed my M.Sc. from one of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. My master's research project, titled “Development of Interference Microscopy System for 3D Imaging of Cells,” was conducted at the Instrument Design Development Centre (IDDC), IIT Delhi. During project work, I developed a Mach-Zehnder interferometric microscope to record holograms of samples such as RBCs and WBCs from infected and normal blood. These holograms were then digitally reconstructed using MATLAB, showcasing my adeptness in both experimental and computational physics. In January 2020, I joined Vivekananda Global University Jaipur, India as a research scholar and working in the field of synthesis of 2D Carbon nanosheets like Graphene and MXene nanosheets for sensing and energy applications. In this work, I work on some primary challenges to producing high-quality graphene and MXene on a large scale at low cost using a facile, environment-friendly method. In this direction, we reported a new and facile single-step thermal shock exfoliation route to synthesize graphene-like nanosheets.
