About

Hi, I'm Deepakshi Babbar, a PhD. candidate and a PMRF at Climate and Air Quality Research Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Srinidhi Balasubramanian at Environmental Science and Engineering Department in IIT Bombay.

I have degree in, B.Sc. in Life Sciences from the University of Delhi. I have completed M.Sc. in Natural Resource Management from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

I am a self-motivated person, constantly seeking advancement of technological knowledge and professional capabilities as a researcher in environmental engineering.

I have interdisciplinary research experience in Remote Sensing & GIS, Taxonomy, Molecular Biology, Ecosystem Services, Land-use changes & future predictions, and Natural Resource Management in my academic career. I also served as a reviewer for various journals and International projects. My prime interest is to develop Environmental Extended Input-Output Accounting tool/software for tracking national scale flows of Reactive Nitrogen (Nr).
