I am a passionate academician and researcher with a career spanning over 14+ years in engineering education and academic leadership. I hold a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGPV Bhopal, an M.E. (VLSI Design) with Honors from RGPV Bhopal, and Ph.D. from Lovely Professional University.
I have also qualified NET (National Eligibility Test) and GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) multiple times, demonstrating my commitment to academic excellence.
At IIST Indore, I have held multiple roles including Director Academic, Head of Department, Mentor, and Club coordinator, IQAC Coordinator, NBA Coordinator and have actively contributed to institutional accreditations such as NAAC and NBA. I have published several research papers in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals, contributed to national/international conferences, and received appreciation from bodies like IIT Bombay, and QEEE (IIT Madras).
My interests lie in Electromagnetic Theory, Signal Processing, VLSI, Embedded Systems, and RF technologies. I have guided numerous UG/PG student projects and remain actively involved in research, mentoring, innovation programs (like Smart India Hackathon and e-Yantra), and institutional development.
I believe in continuous learning, collaborative research, and making engineering education relevant, application-oriented, and socially responsible.
