He is an Assistant Professor at Special Centre For Disaster Research , JNU, New Delhi, India. He has a teaching experience of more than 30 years. He was an author in three edited books namely Constraints in Achieving Sustainability of India, Covid Assistance Research Documentation and Corona Mahamari Evam Aapda Prahari. He has published more than 20 publications in reputed journals. He holds a position of Co-Project Investigator in Erasmus funded Project- URGENT. Moreover, he was a Project Investigator in two ICSSR sponsored project. He has chaired and participated in 40 national and international conferences. He has delivered many lectures in universities nationwide. With an eminent social background and engagement, he has organised 40 workshops during COVID-19 outbreak to make community resilient.
