About

Dr Avikshit Yadav is a researcher in sustainability and management, with research interests in AgriTech, sustainable agriculture, rural development, and sustainability-oriented management. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad in 2025. He holds an MBA from EMPI Business School, New Delhi, affiliated with Sikkim Manipal University, and degrees in B.Sc. and LL.B. from the University of Allahabad.

Before entering academia and research, Dr. Yadav gained industry experience in management and business development from 2010 to 2015, developing expertise in strategic planning, client relations, project execution, and market dynamics. His research focuses on the intersection of organizational strategy, environmental responsibility, agricultural technology, and sustainable rural development. He has published peer-reviewed research in SCI- and ABDC-indexed journals and received the Paul Gray Award for the Most Thought Provoking Paper (2023). He is committed to interdisciplinary research that advances innovation, sustainability, and evidence-based policy.
