About
Mukundhan is Associate Professor in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship area with a decade-long expertise in teaching, training, research, consulting, curriculum development, teaching material development, academic administration and institution building.
He studies how firms renew from growth stalls induced by regulation, technology, industry change and digital transformation. He also studies firm competitive challenges in global markets. He has designed/taught sessions, modules and courses on these themes to MBA students, Ph.D. students, practitioners and entrepreneurs.
At Samsung India R&D Institute, he was the Intellectual Property (IP) coordinator for Advanced Telecommunications, where he worked on patent drafting, freedom-to-operate studies and oversaw vendor quality assurance. At Evalueserve, he worked for Microsoft in a client set-up on competitive intelligence and patent invalidation studies. His internship experience spans across organizations such as Ford India, HP Labs and Nodwin Consulting.
Besides Strategy, he has academic interests in theology, economic history, heritage entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in marginalized communities.
