About
I am a postdoctoral researcher at Tampere University, Finland, with a background in Biomedical Engineering. My research focuses on developing biomimetic hydrogel platforms to model axonal guidance and neurovascular interactions. This interdisciplinary work lies at the interface of biomaterials and neurobiology.
Previously, during my PhD, I worked on glioblastoma stem cell therapeutics using nano drug delivery systems and immunotherapy approaches. These experiences continue to shape my current interest in creating physiologically relevant in vitro models to study tumor–neural interactions and develop more effective therapeutic strategies.
