Tapaswini Panda is an internal full-time research scholar at VIT Business School, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, India, with a research focus in Organizational Behavior. Her work is driven by a strong commitment to advancing knowledge on contemporary workplace issues, particularly within the domains of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Innovation Management. She is especially interested in innovative HR practices and the evolving dynamics of modern organizations. She holds Master’s degree in Business Administration with specializations in Human Resource Management and Marketing from GIET University, Gunupur, where she received a Gold Medal for academic excellence. Miss Panda has contributed significantly to academic literature, with 24 publications that include journal articles, book chapters, and books. Her work features in reputable outlets, including a Category “A” publication in the Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management (Springer). Her research achievements also extend to innovation-based outputs, reflected in three patents granted at national and international levels.
