I have done my masters in Biochemistry from Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University Ayodhya, Faizabad.
I have done my bachelors in Biochemistry (honor) from Integral University Lucknow,
and during my masters and bachelor's I have prepared glucan polymer based anti- TB formulation for targeted macrophage drug delivery system to killing the residing mycobacteria.
Polymer extraction, nanoparticle synthesis Having handling experience in Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture, Human macrophage cell culture, bacterial/ cell media preparation, Animal handling Balb/c mice Cell infection, Alveolar Macrophage isolation from Bronchioalveolar fluid etc.
